  1. On medium heat, brown the ground turkey.
  2. While the ground turkey is cooking, dice the onion.
  3. Once the ground turkey is browned, add minced garlic, diced onions, chili pack, and water to the meat. Cook for an additional ten minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour meat mixture into a crockpot/pressure cooker. Add the red enchilada sauce, corn, rotel tomatoes, green chilies, and black beans.
  5. Cook on low heat for 4 hours to allow soup to simmer. Serve with cheese, cilantro, tortillas/chips, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and guacamole.
